Where appropriate industry standards or generally recognized or required quality criteria exist, ICS undertakes to comply with them.

In all cases in which the market knows graded or different criteria, ICS is guided by the highest or best classification in each case. In cases where industry standards are no longer appropriate, ICS often submits alternative quality criteria for quality assurance. For example, when offering clouds solutions that are volume or time based, using BANT-Standards became obsolete quality criteria. Hence, we propose alternative criteria reflecting either a specific product, market or service standard.
